Mac Stadium Experimenting with Mac Pros as Servers

iMac Pro at MacStadium

Our patent-pending sled design lets us load iMac Pros into enterprise racks with high density and redundancy (like our Mac Pros), and our testing shows lightning fast builds.

As Mac Stadiums notes, this is not even in beta yet, but it looks so freaking cool.

With the Mac Mini withering away, people say that there aren’t many good options for using Macs for server-side work. Mac Stadium is proving them wrong. I can’t help but applaud their audacity for mounting the beautiful, powerful iMac Pro like they were a bunch of Linux machines used in more traditional server environments.

Maybe even crazier would be comparing this to the room-sized computers from the 60s and 70s.
